Umm, it works perfectly fine for me on 2.4.1... But in 2.5.0 I don't even get the "Edit" button...

Have you all checked your proxy settings, as the plugin has to go out to the internet?

What Daniel said is correct, both the Stash server and the client browser must be able to access https://stasheditor.firebaseio.com. If either can't, this may manifest as a blank editor view. I'll add some better error reporting in a future release to make it more obvious if you're suffering from this problem.

Well, checked everything but with no luck...

Running 'wget https://stasheditor.firebaseio.com' on the server does return some HTML with a 200 status code. And clients indeed have access to this URL (we are not using proxy at all) though being redirected to a login page. Should a user have to be registered at Firebase in order to use the plugin?

OK, registered and logged in. Now I receive somewhat "access denied" message from Firebase. Editor window is still blank...

So the question is: what else should I check/configure to make the plugin work? Which logs can I check for problems? Hadn't found anything meaningful in the atlassian-stash.log.

Just installed the plugin and most of the team seem to be able to see and use this correctly, however myself and another administrator are getting this blank file problem. Doesn't seem to be a browser issue
