Number of displayed reviewers could be a configuration setting

Currently only 4 people are ever suggested by the plugin. This is hardcoded. The workaround for that is to fork the plugin and change this line.

Another idea is: every time a suggestion is picked, that spot could be filled with another potential suggestion.
