Add option to suppress this on Project/Repo level

It would be great if there was a tiny config UI where you can disable the provided functionality on repo-level We use another plugin as well with similar functionality (Workzone) and we want this plugin to be the only suggester in certain repos. It would be even better if this could be configurable on Project level as well with the neat "inherit" feature on the repo level, just recently added to Bitbucket.

+1 to this feature request as well. This is preventing us from installing this plugin on our bitbucket instance.
