Add suggested reviewers to reviewers list when creating pull request

We would like to skip the step of having to click the suggestions, we would like for the suggested reviewers to be added to the reviewers list. This would probably require a configuration option to limit the number of suggested reviewers (+ a configuration option to turn this behavior on/off)

This is actually a good idea, but there is a risk. If someone is already “over-burdened” with code reviews, the current design is actually best.

@Devin Rhode yes that would be a risk, we solve this by old fashioned communication across the teams. Users can also see how many reviews someone is already assigned to and choose a different reviewer. A configuration option to turn on/off automatically adding suggested reviewers would probably be useful for some teams.
