404 in link to create new bitbucket server plugin in README.md

I am trying to create a suggestion algorithm by following the instructions in README.md. I need to create a new bitbucket server plugin but the link in the documentation leads to a 404 page: https://developer.atlassian.com/bitbucket/server/docs/latest/how-tos/creating-a-bitbucket-server-plugin.html
