Unable to create Authors file

I have working svn in Assembla and now I am planning to migrate to Bitbucket. My svn url is: "https://subversion.assembla.com/svn/rqsols^uime-actuals/trunk/Oracle". Now when I am running java -jar ~/svn-migration-scripts.jar authors <svn-repo> > authors.txt

Getting an error like this

svn:E170013 unable to connect to a repository URL svn: E2150014 no more credentials, we tried too many times Authenticatio failed COuld not communicate with Subversion: check the url of the repository, the user name and the password are all valid

I have the same problem. I do have good connection with the SVN server. I am able to check out. But, when I try to create authors, I am seeing the same errors.

Need to include your username and password after the "<svn-repo>" command.
