Author script fails w/credentials

I am a newbie to SVN, but, I've managed to connect to a remote SVN repo passing the credentials (svn list works). But when I attempt to create the authors file passing the same url and credentials I get an "Authentication Failed" (see attached image)
Does the migration script require any other setup? Any idea what to try?

Hi Tim, I had a similar problem with my SVN repository, I solved the issue using a SVN client and saving the authentication.
After that, I tried to run the command to migrate authors again and it works well.
