new version of json-schema-validator

Hi James, while using the swagger validator I picked up an issue in the json-schema-core project that is referenced by json-schema-validator: https://github.com/java-json-tools/json-schema-core/issues/41#issuecomment-389384232

A new version will be published for json-schema-validator (see thread link). Can you please update to the latest version?

With 1.2.9 (and later) of Json Schema Core there was an massive performance boost for validating base64 encoded strings.
