Pact Version Upgrade -> 3.5.18

Hello, Is there any plan to upgrade pact version to latest (3.5.18). If not, I can try a PR with your help.. I am still new to this repo but would be interested to learn it more. I really think that this validator is a wonderful idea.
There is a slack workspace for pact foundation. If you can have a channel about pact swagger validator there then I think more people would know about it.

Thanks. Is it possible to fork from bitbucket to github? My organization uses github for all purpose so that would be a preferred option for me.
Regarding upgrade, I upgraded to 3.5.19 and did some refactors. Scala version they are using (2.12) is pretty standard (its there for more than 1.5 years now) I think updating from 2.11 -> 2.12 should be fine.

I have no plans, but am more than happy to help you with and review a PR (should be a simple change, unless there are API changes in the Pact lib). The only hurdle will be if they changed Scala versions along the way...
