Using swagger Request Validator to validate request/response against multiple Swagger YML files

I have a requirement where my applications implements the Api definition specified in two swagger spec files, each from different Partner.

I have to merge both the spec into one file currently. Is there a way to validate against multiple spec files, (with no merge)
