Recent releases not published to Maven Central

The recent 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 releases don't seem to be available in Maven Central and 1.2.3 doesn't seem to be available in Atlasssian Public

I discovered last week that something has broken in our release pipeline. Im working with our build engineering team to get it sorted out - hopefully releases will be working again soon.

Ok - pipeline appears to be sorted. v1.2.3 should be available in Maven Central now.

We had to skip v1.2.2 for reasons (something about a failed sync to Maven Central so it thinks the version is there even though it isnt...)
