Issue 181

Changes introduced in spring-test version 5.1.0.RELEASE https://jira.spring.io/browse/SPR-16499 and https://jira.spring.io/browse/SPR-16505 have broken swagger-request-validator-mockmvc (issue #181 and issue #190).

The change in this PR is backwards compatible but projects using versions of Spring earlier than 5.1.0.RELEASE will have to change their dependency to swagger-request-validator-mockmvc-legacy

• Created swagger-request-validator-mockmvc-legacy as a fork of swagger-request-validator-mockmvc following the naming conventions at https://github.com/dsyer/spring-boot-legacy and https://github.com/togglz/togglz/blob/master/spring-boot/legacy-starter/pom.xml.

• Updated swagger-request-validator-mockmvc to Spring version 5.1.0.RELEASE

• Modified MockMvcRequest in swagger-request-validator-mockmvc to work with version 5.1.0.RELEASE of spring-test

• Updated the documentation
