Description
Renamed components to use OpenApi rather than Swagger naming:
Renamed the validators, filters etc. from Swagger* to OpenApi*
Deprecated the original Swagger* versions
Updated READMEs and javadoc to reflect the change
The original deprecated versions will continue working as before and will be removed in a future release.
I decided not to rename the mvn artifacts so that the upgrade from 1.x is smoother (at the moment it should be mostly backwards compatible for most uses).
