Members Karma rather than World Karma for top/bottom

Would be really neat to be able to list top/bottom karma for people actually in the room not the whole site.

We have people with hundreds of karma that are great to see at the top but in local team boards it would be of far greater interest to see local.

Perhaps;

/karma top @ here (added a space to avoid messaging everyone) /karma bottom @ here
