Mailroom Displays Signature Instead of Intended Body Text

If one sends an e-mail to Mailroom with any quoted text (such as a confidentiality statement), the main body of the message is disregarded in favor of the quoted text. To see the full message, one must click on the link provided.

This is a regression: this worked back in March or April, so if a new version was released around that time, this bug would have appeared, probably, in late April. Our signature/confidentiality statement has not changed, and this problem occurs regardless of the user.
