Allow Room Creation via E-Mail

To get users to use HipChat more, we would like a feature to forward an existing email discussion of a topic to HipChat.

Eg.: You forward the mail to [e-mail] -> A new Room with the Topic of the mail is created. All Users with active HipChat accounts that are found in the E-Mail (with their mailadresses) are added automatically to the Room.
