Haven't had an e-mail processed since around 11:30 AM Eastern Time yesterday. If you've got some hints on the type of e-mail that keeps crashing the system, maybe whoever's sending it would be able to stop / fix it?

Very large emails can clog the queue. Please try to keep the size of inbound email small. By very large, I mean, probably > 10-15mb.
