Mailroom Emails Not Working

We have not been getting any emails to our Hipchat Room via mailroom since yesterday afternoon. I just tested as well and I dont see it coming through. Can you confirm if there is an issue?

    Mailroom is working again. The backlog of emails from the last day or so is currently being processed, so expect some throttled batches from that period to be coming through until it catches up again. Also, new messages will be delayed until the backlog is cleared. Usually the catch up doesn't take more than a few hours, but please give it some time to settle down.

    I concur. We are also not getting any emails from mailroom. It appears to be an issue with atlassian's mailserver.

    in.mailroom.hipch.at is reporting "Relay access denied" for all our messages

    I understand this is an "unsupported" plugin however it would be very useful for us to have alerting over the festive period! Thanks
