Ship It Newsletter Always Starts Truncated

I'm not sure if this is an issue with Mailroom or the newsletter itself, but Ship It has always started truncated. After a while (20 seconds or so), the newsletter loads fully and can be browsed in the iframe in HipChat.

The issue appears to be a long-pending network request for http://54.82.61.160/u9qabcih?d=veLXHHG&r=0 That URL does not appear to be part of the web version of the newsletter, so I'm not sure if it just exists in their emailed version or if it's something that Mailroom adds. I don't appear to have this issue with any other newsletter.
When the request finally finishes, then the rest of the email renders, and I can view it like any other.
