Add /command to regenerate room email address

Robert Bergman created an issue

Currently the only way to revoke and re-add a room's email address is to reinstall the add-on in that room. It'd be better if there was something like /mailroom addr[ess] regen[erate], and/or a configure page with a button to to the same.
