The source and meme image Meme Captain APIs now return an error field in their polling responses. If it's not null it will contain the reason why the creation failed.
Creating meme images rarely fails. Loading source images can fail sometimes if the server that the image is on returned an error response or if the image was too large.
The meme command returns "Sorry, I did not understand that" in each case for 50+ users in our team.
