I have a current issue with this. The url https://sassy.hipch.at/addon/capabilities generates this from my self hosted hipchat server:
Unable to install integration The add-on rejected the installation: 400 Bad Request
update: is this due to having an evaluation license?

@andrew-omg Is your self-hosted server reachable from the internet? If not, that's probably why you can't install it, since this add-on needs to be able to connect directly to your server to complete the installation (and to function once installed).

Good question, it is hosted on AWS. Maybe there are special ports that need to be made open for this?

Thanks for raising this -- we recently became aware of it ourselves. The issue has to do with a poor way Sassy stores tenant registrations in Mongo, such that we've reached the maximum number of collections (oops). We're discussing ways to fix this both in the long and short term, but may not have a solution ready for a little while yet.
