Sassy is timing out during install

I'm attempting to install Sassy into a room but I'm constantly getting a an error that it timed out:

Unable to install integration

Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    We are experiencing some degraded performance in the HipChat API right now, which I believe is causing this issue. Please check https://status.hipchat.com and try again when the API status returns to "operational".
