What happened to aio-locals as a separate package?

Hello.

It's the only place where one can find aio-locals source code. Package was removed from pypi and I get "access denied" when visiting this link: https://bitbucket.org/hipchat/aiolocals/.

However documentation is still available https://docs.atlassian.com/aiolocals/latest/.

Sou could you please describe current status of library development?
