Creating an issue on a file on Windows insert the native path into the url that can't be parse into an URL

On Windows file path should have the \ converted to a / when concatenated with an urlhttps://bitbucket.org/company/project/src/6736dcba1e7cac5226989c1748b06158a4a8a79b\src\calculatorFunctions\CalculatorProjection.js#lines-248

when clicking on this url in a Jira card it will look the same but without the \ so it will redirect to a 404 page.
