Daniel Kuhlwein created an issue 2019-05-01

When receiving a notification about a newly created task, there is no way to click through to the Jira issue. It would be nice to have a link from the notifications to the actual Jira issues.

The only workaround for now is to use the command pallet and type “Atlassian: Open Jira Issue” then type the issue ID from the notification…

In version 2.0.0 of the extension, you can open the issue directly from the notification if there's one newly created task. (If there are multiple new tasks however, the notification highlights the Jira issue list tree view)
