Cannot Use Different Credentials for BitBucker at Jira

I realize this is probably quite a rare situation, but I use different credentials for Bitbucket and Jira. These seem to conflict, logging into one, logs me out of the other.

I’m on version 1.2.3 of the extension

Version 1.33.1 of vs code

Windows 10 Pro - Version 1809 Build 17763.437

Separate credentials for Bitbucket and Jira should work. What steps are you taking to log in to the different accounts and what are you seeing happen?

I was clicking on the little button n the bottom left of vs-code where is says Jira and Bitbucket. One would work fine, then the other I’d log in in the web browser that pops up and I’d get a “something went wrong” message.

Saying that, it seems to work fine now, I’m wondering if it was something to do with the browser already being logged in or something?

For now it appears to have resolved and upon reflection, think it’s probably more user error than a bug. I’ll let you know if it happens again with exact steps on how to replicate it.

Glad to hear it’s working now.

Not user error at all. Since we redirect through the browser which will then use whatever account is currently logged in it would definitely be non-obvious what was going on in your scenario. We’re working on making the login process less fragile.
