Merge doesn't give the option of what type to complete

On the web, you have the option of Merge, Squash, etc. Those options are not offered on the Code extension. In my case, it chose the wrong option (merged, no squash).

@rheckartcision Thanks for the feedback. Version 1.3.0 of the extension has been released which includes support for merge options.
