Merge PR button not warning about unfulfilled tasks. (V1.3)

Clicking merge with PR tasks enabled doesn't show said list of tasks and doesn't warn of failed or unfulfilled tasks.

    @JoelBrenstrum Version 1.4.0 of the extension adds these warnings. Please try it out and re-open if you see any issues. (Note that you need to update to VS Code 1.34 to use this version)
