When posting a comment on a PR, there is no spinner/indicator when the comment has been submitted. It’s only after 2-3 seconds that the user can see that the comment has been created.

    Version 1.4.0 of the extension fixes this issue. (Please note that you need to update to VS Code 1.34 to use this version)
