Pipeline are alway called 'undefined' in notifications

When a pipeline runs in VS Code the popup notification always says undefined is building , undefined has failed or undefined was successful (attached a screenshot) where I assume undefined should be the pipeline/branch name?

Me and all of my coworkers have the same issue. It is more annoying when there are a lot of notifications come at the same time that only show undefined is building/has failed/etc.

We’ve released version 2.0.0 of the extension which should fix this issue.
