Atlassian for VSCode plugin is not working

When a customer opens any JIRA in the plugin, it gives a blank screen. Please see attached screenshot. The customer is been using Eclipse to download the branch and push the changes.

Is it possible to do following in the plugin-

1. See open pull request for a repository/JIRA
2. Create a branch from JIRA and push changes to bit bucket
3. Merge pull request

@Mark C and @Saddam Hussain Can you please have the customer update the extension to 1.4.0 and try again? We’ve made a lot of fixes recently.

After enabling ‘Proxy Support’ setting, I can see the Jira now

I am still not able to do:
