I Can't Login to Jira or BitBucket

When I click on “Sign in to Jira” or “Sign in to Bitbucket”, it takes me to:

http://127.0.0.1:31415/auth/jiracloud

which tells me connection refused.

Having set a proxy in settings.json, I added '"http.proxySupport": "off"' and authentication is now working for Bitbucket and Jira!
