Authentication to JIRA (Internal Server Error)

VS Code extension, connects well with bitbucket, but doesnt connect to JIRA. Gives the following error:

Similar issue both with Jira and bitbucket… retrieves the access token, upon granting the access shows “Internal Error.“ FYI i am behind the proxy.

not sure if the issue is due to the localhost(127.0.0.1). I was able to do it from home… i believe its definitely not the localhost it has granted access to.
