Issues under Epic displayed incorrectly, missing items

I am using the default settings. I have not modified the JQL.

I have an epic with 300+ types of issues and only one(1) of them are visible in the tree structure.

I am able to view some of them in the main window, but the list is incomplete as well.

I can view all issues from the web browser, there is no authentication error that I’m aware of.

With the release of version 2.3.0 we've added a setting to allow fetching all issues that match a JQL query.
