Ability to create child issues from next-gen epics

Next-gen projects don't support assigning an issue to an epic using the "Epic link" field.. Instead, child issues must be created from the epic itself.

This issue is for the ability to create child issues from epics in next-gen projects.

For some screenshots, here is a screen I want to be able to make child issues or see my child issues. I can create sub-tasks, but that's not what I am looking for in my next-gen project.

When I want to create a new task or story, also don't have the ability to link it to an epic or parent process.
