I get the error stated in the issue title when trying to create a new Bitbucket issue within VS Code.

Extension: 2.1.1
Kubuntu: 18.04.3

Could you let us know if you see any errors in the VS Code developer tools console when this happens? (You can run Developer: Toggle Developer Tools from command palette to open the developer tools)

Console is empty for me.
