Allow editing of auth credentials for existing external site

Currently, the only way to change the authentication credentials (username, password) is via Add Custom Server, which requires re-specification of the URL, etc, and is not obvious.

Please add a mechanism to update the authentication credentials directly, perhaps by adding a new Login to Custom Server button.

Editing existing credentials works for Jira, but not for bitbucket. The pencil icon is present, but clicking on it has no effect.
