[Feature] Support OAuth in on-premise Jira

Hi,

Nice vscode plugin!

We found that now the vscode plugin supports on-prem jira,

but we are using another authentication method rather than username / password.

We are using Azure Active Directory to login jira.

We cannot login using username and password because we don’t have that.

Could you please support this kind of case?
