Option to disable nesting issues under Epics

Alastair Wilkes created an issue

Not all teams use Epics the same way, so grouping by Epic may not be useful for them. They may prefer to preserve the order returned in the JQL query (e.g. order by rank).

To support these workflows, the nesting of issues under Epics should be configurable.
