Hovering over long filenames in pull requests doesn't show full filename

When viewing pull requests, sometimes filenames can be much longer than the width of the sidebar and get ellipses-ed. When hovering over them, it should show the full filename but is currently simply showing the URL for the pull request

Thanks for reporting the bug. This issue has been fixed in v1.0.3 of the extension that was released today. Please re-open if you still see issues.
