Allow default project when creating Jira tickets

I’m commenting this in hopes of rising the item higher on the list.

We’d really like to have a Jira item template in the workspace settings. Basically the settings would be inherited from the VSCode common setups to user setups to workspace setups.

Currently it’s annoying that I spend 5 seconds on writing the actual Jira, and then much more time opening and clicking menus for products, teams, all sorts of mandatory fields that we have. And I always just select the same values.
