When I click on the plus button to create na new Bitbucket issue, it starts loading but does not open.

@{5dc0e283c424110de52577fc} Do you see any errors in VS Code's developer tools console (Developers: Toggle Developer Tools from the command palette)?

Could you also check the extension's logs for any errors? You can also turn on the extension's debug logging by changing output level to debug (search for atlascode.outputLevel in in VS Code's settings). Select Atlassian in the dropdown in VS Code's output console to see the logs.
