@ not showing all team members when trying to add a comment on a PR

Shahmir Noorani created an issue

We’ve got 7 people on our team, but in VS code, on a PR, when I type @, it only shows 6 people, and if I try to filter by the name, like @mark, the dropdown disappears and no results are shown.

The behavior should be similar to the experience on the web, where @<name> shows suggestions.

    For now, @ functionality only works in certain instances, but we hope to support full @ functionality in the future.
