Wrong Pull Request visualization for prior comments

Description

I've noticed that the prior comments (comments done on a previous version of the file) are not been displayed properly. In my case i see the comment twice and the user mention includes an (i guess internal) id instead of the user alias.

I'm attaching both in VScode and Bitbucket version of the comment.

The duplicate comments issue was fixed in version 1.1.0 of the extension. We are working on fixing the mention name appearance in comments.
