Error authenticating with jiracloud

Hi folks,

I am getting the following error when trying to Authenticate for Jira (and similar for bitbucket)

“Something went wrong.
Error authenticating with jiracloud: Error: Error fetching Jira tokens: Error: read ECONNRESET
Give it a moment and try again.”

Have tried some of the fixes in other posts - e.g. removing cookies/removing and reinstalling extension/restarting etc.

Running VS Code v1.37.1 and Jira and Bitbucket (Official) v2.2.1

Any suggestions?

@Tony Pack When you click on Login to Jira Cloud button, does a browser window open up asking for permissions?

Also try logging in again, just in case it was some transient issue with the auth server and let us know if you see the same error message.

This might be caused due to proxy settings too. Please make sure you have the right settings. See these issues for example - https://bitbucket.org/atlassianlabs/atlascode/issues/293, https://bitbucket.org/atlassianlabs/atlascode/issues/229
