Custom JQL rows can be dragged by their checkboxes

1. Go to the plugin settings
2. Go to the Jira tab
3. In the Custom JQL list, try to initiate drag&drop on one of the checkboxes.

Expected result: Nothing happens. (Same as when trying to initiate drag&drop on the edit or delete buttons.)

Actual result: Drag&drop starts.
