Expand User Agent String to Show Source

We were doing an API usage audit for a client and had a user raise some red flags on API utilizations in violation of the formal policy. In the end we actually traced the usage back to the VS Code. I think if the UA for requests was expanded from “axis/0.19.2” to “axis/0.19.2 atlassian-vscode” this would become make identifying this type of behavior much easier.
