In the Extensions panel, when extension Jira and Bitbucket (Official) is installed, all other extensions gain its “Extension Settings (UI)” context menu/gear option.

For example, right-clicking the installed Python extension and selecting “Extension Settings (UI)” opens the Atlassian Settings tab.
