SubTasks not Filtering Properly

With this JQL project = MyProj AND Sprint in openSprints() AND statusCategory != Done, I'm gettting all subtasks, even if they're marked done.

    @richicoder1 Can you confirm that if you try the JQL on Jira website, it doesn't show the subtasks in Done state?
